Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of either sex of age group above 18 yrs and below 60yrs 2. Serum ALT more than 40IU/L in males, more than 31IU/L in females, or Serum AST more than 37IU/L in males, more than31IU/L in females or both and ratio of Serum AST & ALT more than 1.2 3. USG findings suggestive of Non- Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease grade I II III 4. Both freshly detected and previously diagnosed cases of NAFLD 5. High susceptibility to URTIs (more than equal to 3 and less than equal to 6 episodes within 12 months) 6. Patients who are not currently receiving any other homeopathic or allopathic treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women, lactating mother 2. Patients suffering from Cirrhosis, Ascites, variceal haemorrhage, coagulopathy, hepato-renal syndrome 3. History of any significant neurological and psychiatric condition which may affect the participation and inference of the study end points. 4. Individuals with substance abuse problems (within 2 years) defined as High-risk drinking as defined by consumption of 4 or more alcohol containing beverages on any day or 8 or more alcohol containing beverages per week for women and 5 or more alcohol containing beverages on any day or 15 or more alcohol containing beverages per week for men. 5. Any condition that could, in the opinion of the investigator, preclude the participant s ability to successfully and safely complete the study or that may confound study outcomes.
