Intervention1: Decoction of Post Khashkhash, Dhania Sabz, Ajwain Khurasani, Gul-e-banafsha, Barge Kahu, Gul-e-Nilofer.: 10 grams of post khashkhash, 14 grams of each remaining ingredient will be taken

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients clinically diagnosed with insomnia and having an Insomnia Severity Index ISI score between 8 and 21

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute illnesses. Known case of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease COPD. Sleep disorders associated with diagnosed mental, neurological, or other medical conditions. History of alcohol or drug abuse within the past six months. Patients unwilling to comply with the study protocol.
