Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mechanical neck pain more than 3 months. 2. Participants who are willing to participate in the study and provide informed consent. 3. Localized pain (Upper back). 4. Both Gender. 5. 18 to 45 years. 6.Pain aggravated during movement (or) Prolonged posture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency 2. Previous spine surgery (laminectomy, fusion, disc replacement, etc.). 3. Neck abnormalities (spondylosis, arthritis, spondylitis). 4. History of recent significant trauma (or) Fracture of structure around neck. 5. Pott s spine. 6. Malignancy.
