Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Womens with perimenopause Phase. 2.Females having Amenorrhea since 12 months. 3.should be able to ambulate without assistance 4.should be able to communicate 5.should be able to understand and carry out instruction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient undergoing Hormonal replacement therapy Suffering from some type of systemic disease eg neurodegenerative musculoskeletal and vision Taking drugs that affects the central nervous system balance or coordination eg antidepressants vestibular sedatives or anxiolytics Myocardial infarction in the past months

Outcome measures used for this study will be as follows 1.Pittsburgh sleep quality index PSQI 2.Warwick Edinburgh mental well being scale WEMWBS Timepoint: Outcome measures used for this study will be as follows 1.Pittsburgh sleep quality index PSQI 2.Warwick Edinburgh mental wellbeing scale WEMWBS The outcome measures will be recorded before starting the intervention and after 6 weeks the outcome measures will be recorded
