Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with oral cavity cancer treated with surgery incorporating neck dissection, with or without adjuvant therapy. Patients with SAN anatomically preserved. Patients who are willing to consent. Age greater than 18yrs. Performance status lesser than equal too 2. Patients underwent reconstructive surgery with local flap.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with prior neck surgery or radiation therapy. Patient with pre- operative shoulder or neck dysfunction. Patients with PMMC flap repair

MeasureTime frame
We will assess the shoulder and neck function QOL will be taken to assess affect in patients with anatomically preserved SANTimepoint: QOL, ROM score will be taken on baseline before surgery, 6 weeks after surgery, 6 weeks after radiation, 3 months and lastly 6 months post Radiation. NDII score will be taken after surgery ,6 weeks, 3 months and 6 months
