Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient diagnosed with a single episode of supratentorial stroke and is medically stable. Participants who are willing to participate. Age: 45-75 years Presence of unilateral upper limb motor impairment right hemiparesis). Patients diagnosed with motor Aphasia. MMSE greater than or equal 22 Patient in hand Brunnstorn recovery stage 4 and above. Patients who have not undergone speech therapy for at least 4 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pre-existing conditions which may affect the results. Patients undergoing concurrent experimental therapies that may affect results previous surgeries limiting the hand movements which may affect results. Patients with hearing or vision deficits.
