Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult chronic stroke patients aged 30 to 70 years Stroke patients with ischemic and hemorrhagic insult at MCA territory Patients with prevalence of spasticity at flexor muscle group of affected wrist namely FDS FDP FPL FCR and FCU etcetera muscles Patients having spastic hand FMA score of hand function 0 to 3 on score of 14 History of 6 to 12 months post stroke No severe cognitive impairments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Past history of fractures of affected upper limb
