Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 ACR criteria 2 More than 2 in Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients who are inability to walk 2 Patients with diagnosed history of cancer 3 Those who are having Neurological deficit of sensory and motor 4 Patients with cardiac pacemaker 5 Morbid obesity 6 Patients with use of psychiatric medications 7 Allergy to garlic 8 Intra articular injections from past 3 months 9 Harmone replacement therapy
