Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of either sex, age group between 20 to 60 yrs, low anal fistula, controlled diabetes mellitus and hypertension

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: sannipataj shambookaavarta bhagandara, agantuj unmargee bhagandara, osteomylities,chronic and acute ulcerative collitis, crohns disease, fistula other than ano rectal area
