Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.BMI greater than 30kg per meter square, uncomplicated cases of obesity grade I,II,III 2.Those who are physically and mentally capable to adhere dietary advice

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Grade IV obesity and uncontrolled medical conditions like Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus ,Hypothyroidsm , PCOD, Heart Disease, Choronic Kidney diseases, Liver disorders, Acute TB , Obstructive pulmonary disease 2.Pregnant and lactating women. 3.Psychiatric or cognitive disorder 4.Person with Alcohol or drug dependency
