Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged more than 30 years. 2. Patient of all genders. 3. Diagnosed cases of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). 4. Patients who are willing to participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged more than 30 years. 2. Patient of all genders. 3. Diagnosed cases of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). 4. Patients who are willing to participate. Exclusion Criteria: 1. Patients with severe mental illness or psychiatric disorders. 2. Patients who have cognitive impairment affecting communication or cooperation. 3. If the participant failed to attend the complete assessment or was not willing to undergo foot examination. 4. All those foot conditions not diagnosed with diabetes. (Traumatic injuries, Eczema DVT, Ingrown Toenail, etc.)
