Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Completely edentulous subjects with maxillary and mandibular heat-cured acrylic dentures (6 months 4 years of use) Subjects with satisfactory denture hygiene (no visible calculus on denture) Subjects who gave informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects with removable partial denture Subjects with cast partial denture. Subjects with implant-supported denture. Subjects with a less than 6 month of usage Subjects with cracks or repairs or relining in their dentures. Subjects on antibiotic, steroid or anti-fungal therapy Subjects using mouthwashes and denture cleansers prior to study. Subjects who did not give written informed consent. Subjects with immunosuppressive disorders
