Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Mechanical neck pain for at least 3 months 2.Pain aggravates during movement (or) prolonged posture 3.Lateral scapular slide test positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Vertebrobasilar insufficiency 2.Cervical radiculopathy 3.Recent surgeries in the neck and shoulder region 4.Cervicogenic headache
