Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having Age group between- 20 years-55 years, irrespective of Gender, Religion, or Occupation. 2. Clinically diagnosed patients of Ekakushtha (Ekakustha ICD-11 TM2 SN4B) 3. Patients who are eligible for Virechana Karma 4. Patients undergo a washout period of 2 weeks before starting the clinical trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Lactating and pregnant women 2 Known cases of uncontrolled Diabetes And Hypertension Renal Disease Liver Disease 3 Patients having Pitta Predominance Prakruti 4 Patients having history of consuming long-term oral Steroids 5. PASI Score greater than 40
