Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all genders,patients with sign and symptoms of kaphavruta vata like shaitya (feeling of coldness),gaurav (heaviness),shula (pain),langhan (loss of appetite), rukshan (dryness of skin)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant and lactating women. patients who have undergone thyroid surgery. patient having a chronic systemic illness like tuberculosis severe mentak illness. all complicated case of hypothyroidism goitre,myxoedema ,thyroid cancer.
