Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed subjects of Obesity Patients of BMI more than 25Kg/m2 Patients who are willing to sign the informed consent. Both gender patients attending the OPD and IPD of Shri B M Kankanawadi Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya Post Graduate studies and Research Centre Shahapur Belagavi will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any individual associated with Malignant hypertension. Any individual suffering from or past history of Ischemic heart disease. Congenital deformities and Cognitive impairment Not willing to participate in study. Patients with serious disease limiting life expectancy. Pregnant and lactating women.
