Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 to 65 years of age of either sex requiring muscle paralysis for any surgical indication with no contraindication for extubation and surgical duration upto 3 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with haemodynamic instability Patients requiring post operative ventilator support Patients receiving neuromuscular blocking agents other than aminosteroid Patients with preexisting neurological or neuromuscular disorder Patients with impaired renal function
