Intervention1: Resistance Training: Resistance Training will be provided to the patients for four weeks. Control Intervention1: Short Foot Training: Short Foot Training will be provided to patients.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria Individuals aged 18 to 30 years Both males and females History of ankle sprain more than one year before the study Score below 24 on the Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool CAIT No ankle sprain in the last 6 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria Individuals unwilling to participate History of surgeries in the lower extremity History of fractures requiring alignment Psychiatric disorders

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain will be measured using the Numeric Pain Rating Scale NPRS. Muscle strength will be assessed using Manual Muscle Testing MMT. Functional performance will be measured using the Y Balance Test and Foot and Ankle Ability Measure FAAM.Timepoint: Pain will be measured using the Numeric Pain Rating Scale NPRS. All the parameters will be assessed at the baseline and by the end of 4 weeks.
