Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age: 45 65 years 2 Both males and females are included 3 Subjects who are already diagnosed as hypertensive. 4 Subjects who are under medication and non-medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients suffering from co-morbidity. 2 Pregnancy or lactation period(40) 3 Subjects with increased glycaemic profile, 4 history of stroke, current abnormal-thyrojd function, chronic renal failure, psychological conditions Women during Menstruation.
