Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female beauticians aged between 20 to 40 years, NDI score between 15 to 34 i.e. moderate to severe, Working more than 30 hours per week approximately 8 hours per day, Work experience of more than one year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of other underlying conditions causing similar pain, such as cervical radiculopathy or any neurological disorder History of recent surgery in the shoulder, neck, or upper back region within the past 1 year
