Inclusion criteria: 1 Healthy volunteers 2 Age: 18 to 30 years 3 Both Male and female participants 4 Subjects not on drugs or medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Individuals with acute infectious disease 2 Recent surgery patients 3 Smoking and Alcohol Consumers 4 Individuals with known Cardiovascular and Respiratory Disease 5 Pregnant women Weak and debilitating individuals
