Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group between 21-40 years of age Undergoing Controlled Ovarian Stimulation with Antagonist protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe male factor infertility Known case of Autoimmune diseases AMH less than 1

Embryological: Total oocytes retrieved; number and rate of MII (mature) oocytes; fertilization rate; number and quality/grade of embryosTimepoint: done only once following oocyte pickup

Clinical: Biochemical pregnancy rate; clinical pregnancy rate, ongoing pregnancy rate. Predictive ability comparison of FORT-D vs FORT-V for MII yieldTimepoint: After embryo transfer, biochemical pregnancy rate (at 2 weeks), clinical pregnancy rate (at 5 weeks), Ongoing pregnancy rate (12 weeks)
