Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 patients coming for GA lasting at least for 1 hour

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients undergoing emergency surgeries, ASA grade more than 3, CDC growth charts BMI less than 5th percentile and more than 85th percentile, patients with any history of previous lung surgery, persistent hemodynamic instability, history of chronic/acute disease, patient with any neuromuscular disease
