Intervention1: Telerehabilitation: Aerobic strengthening and flexibility exercises will be done through telerehabilitation and participants will be asked to record their steps daily through Pedometer

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Community adults aged 60 years and above Pre-frail based on the Fried Frailty Criteria Cognitive function as determined by MMSE score Access to a smartphone with internet connectivity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participation in an exercise program within the past three months. Severe visual or hearing impairments Unstable medical conditions Obese
