Inclusion criteria: The students fulfilling the following criteria will be included Between the age of 11 and 15 years, studying in the 6th to 10th standard From urban and rural background Whose parents give their consent in writing
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Students whose parents do not give written consent Students who themselves do not give assent to participate Students with known serious physical illness Students who are absent at the time of data collection / intervention
