Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Medical graduates (MBBS) who have completed internship in India trained either under:Non-CBME curriculum (batches admitted before 2019), or CBME curriculum (batches admitted 2019 onward). 2. Participants who consent to take part in the study. 3. Graduates from both government and private medical colleges across India.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Graduates from foreign medical schools (only Indian MBBS curriculum considered). 2. Incomplete or invalid survey responses. 3. Participants unwilling to give informed consent.
