Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex aged more than 13 years who are newly diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension Patients of either sex aged more than 13 years currently on treatment for Pulmonary Hypertension for last 6 months Patients willing to participate and give consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients below 13 years of age Patients with pre-existing right-heart pathology History of recent surgery (within the last 6 months) History of previous myocardial infarction (MI) Pregnant women Patients currently taking vitamin supplements History of recent infection or sepsis Patients taking antioxidants, glibenclamide, or nicorandil Pregnancy, lactation, or intention to become pregnant during the treatment period Individuals who are unable to give consent

| The Primary outcome measure of the current study is to measure NOX-1, NOX-4 and ET-1 which is used to correlate with Pulmonary Hypertension. Multiple pre clinical studies and human invitro studies have reported the role of Nox enzymes in pathology and progression of Pulmonary Hypertension. Till date no clinical study have been done measuring Nox levels, endothelin-1, oxidative stress markers and vitamin-D in serum and correlating it with Pulmonary hypertensionTimepoint: Single point Baseline will be taken | — |
