Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the duration of analgesia effect in skin infiltration or superficial cervical plexus block combined with clavipectoral fascial block under ultrasound guidance in fracture clavicle. Timepoint: Comparing first analgesic requirement between two groups will be assessed 6th , 8th , 10th hour postoperatively.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To measure and compare the amount of inj. fentanyl supplements if requiredTimepoint: 30 percent rise in hemodynamics from baseline intraoperatively; To compare diaphragmatic excursion before & after block using ultrasoundTimepoint: 30 min after block
