Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Cases Diagnosed with ACR criteria of OA Knee. 2.Patients between 50 70 years of age 3. Willingness to participate in the study and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering from Pre-diagnosed Auto-immune disorders 2.History of knee replacement surgery or any invasive intervention for OA knee. 3.Cases with Stage 3 and stage 4 (severe) OA knee 4.Patients with traumatic injury to the lower limbs in the past 6 months. 5.Patients currently receiving systemic corticosteroids or undergoing physiotherapy specific to the knee. 6.Patients with severe comorbidities such as uncontrolled diabetes, advanced cardiovascular diseases, or renal/hepatic failure. 7.Cases of Pregnant Women and lactating mothers
