Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of objective 1: 1. Above 18 years female patients,who have been diagnosed with breast or gynecological cancer(any stage). 2. Patients who are currently receiving treatment or follow-up at the tertiary cancer care hospital 3. Patients with smartphone.(either personally or through a caregiver). 4. Patients who are willing to participate in the study and provide written informed consent. Inclusion Criteria of objective 2: 1. Doctors and nurses working in oncology department,who have at least six months of experience in oncology care at the study site. 2. Cancer care providers who are willing to participate and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria of objective 1: 1. Patients who are critically ill,in the terminal stage,or unable to participate in an interview or survey due to health conditions. 2. Patients with severe mental impairments that prevent effective communication. 3. Patients who are not willing to give informed consent. Exclusion Criteria of objective 2: 1. Administrative or non-clinical staff not directly involved in cancer care. 2. Cancer care providers who are unwilling to participate or do not provide consen
