Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Untrained healthy adults who have not been undergoing any form of regular exercise training for the last six months IPAQ score less than 600 METs per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals playing any sports or involving in other physical activity which may affect the results Any known cardiovascular, metabolic, renal and peripheral artery disease Any recent musculoskeletal injuries or surgeries of lower limb which limits their participation On psychological medications
