Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with primary hypothyroidism Patients of age between 30 to 45 years Patients who provide written consent for the study Patients of both the sexes all the religious and cultural background

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases with the causes of autoimmune hypothyroidism congenital hypothyroidism secondary hypothyroidism and cancer of thyroid Patients with systemic and or mental illness Critically ill patients requiring emergency care & pregnant women Patients having co-morbidity with primary hypertension
