Inclusion criteria: Willing to give written informed consent Mothers aged more than or equal to 18 years, 0 6 months postpartum, Having smartphone access

Exclusion criteria: Severe postpartum complications Severe illness requiring hospitalization Cognitive or language impairment preventing chatbot use
