Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Already diagnosed cases of GERD according to ICD-11 (DA22.Z) 2 Patients with age group 30 to 60 years, both sexes, all religion and socioeconomic status. 3 Consent: patient who are willing to provide a written informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Severe gastro enterology complications like Barrett s oesophagus oesophageal stricture. 2 Patient having alarming symptoms such as gastro intestinal haemorrhage or any systemic disease such as cardiac pulmonary hepatic or renal diseases. 3 Patient who have received any form of treatment (Homeopathic ayurvedic allopathic or any other alternative therapies) for GERD with in past 10 days. 4 Patient having severe psychiatric disorder like depression with suicidal tendency schizophrenia bipolar disorder cognitive disorder like dementia. 5 Abdominal surgery within past 6 months
