Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to provide written informed consent and participate for the entire 12 week duration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with known cardiovascular and respiratory diseases Individuals with musculoskeletal injuries or conditions that would contraindicate participation in vigorous physical activity Pregnant females
