Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Females aged 18 45 years with regular menstrual cycles (21 35 days) and MBL greater than 80 mL or duration greater than 7 days in at least 2 of 3 consecutive cycles. PBAC score >80 mL in the menstrual pictogram. Thickened endometrium (up to 18 mm), adenomyosis, or up to 3 uterine fibroids (less than 5 cm each). Mild (Hb 11 11.5 g/dL) to moderate (haemoglobin level 8 10.9 g/dL) anemia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with uncontrolled hypertension (140/90 mmHg), uncontrolled diabetes with FBS 130 mg/dL or PPBS 180 mg/dL or RBS 200 mg/dL or HbA1c 7% more than these values, or uncontrolled hypothyroidism. Participants with bleeding disorders, severe anemia (Haemoglobin level less than 8 g/dL), or malignancy. Use of hormonal contraceptives within the past 3 months. More than 3 uterine fibroids or any fibroid more than 5 cm in size.
