Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group- 18 30 years 2.Both genders (male and female subjects) 3.Subjects with unilateral hamstring tightness. 4.Subjects willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with any low back pathology 2.Patients with any neurological disorder 3.Patients with knee joint pain or hypermobility 4.History of lower limb trauma in recent / previous 6 months 5.Patients with history of recent hamstring injury
