Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 18y to 30y male and female subjects willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: individuals with infectious diseases individuals who underwent recent surgery individuals with known cardiovascular and respiratory diseases smokers and alcoholics
