PSG-derived AHI used as reference standard for diagnosing OSA.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults 18 65 yrs,suspected OSA, willing for overnight Apple Watch monitoring + PSG,able to consent,able to wear wrist device.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with wrist skin conditions preventing Apple Watch use, cardiac arrhythmias affecting PPG accuracy, severe movement disorders, or those using supplemental oxygen or CPAP/BiPAP will be excluded. Individuals with epilepsy or major neurological or psychiatric disorders that interfere with compliance will not be included. Pregnant women, those unwilling to follow the monitoring protocol, recent upper airway surgery patients, and individuals with diagnosed central sleep apnea will also be excluded.
