Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to provide written informed consent and participate for the entire 12 week duration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with comorbid illnesses like chronic kidney disease Chronic liver disease CAD Heart failure CVD Heart failure CVD and COPD Severe musculoskeletal or joint disorders that would prevent participation Pregnant female To exclude those who are engaging in moderate to severe physical exercise
