Inclusion criteria: Participants whose SAS-SV score is more than 35 for male and female College going students

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Person with medical condition or undergone surgery. b. Participants with screen time less than 4 hours. c. Treatment for recent cervical spine trauma
