Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male semi- professional football players between ages 18 to 30 years. 2. Football players competing in club tournaments. 3. Those players who practice atleast 4-5 days a week. 4. Having resting heart rate of max. between 67.53 to 80 pulse rate and blood pressure of 124.62 to 140.24 (approximately) and 81.67 to 90 mm hg (approximately). 5. No prior blood flow restriction training (BFRT) experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any history of musculoskeletal or cardiovascular condition that might impact the intervention. 2. Any orthopaedic injuries of hip knee ankle in past 6 months. 3. Refusing to give informed consent. 4. Footballer taking any dietary supplement for enhancement of performance. 5. Footballers should not be taking any cardiogenic, antihypertensive, antihyperlipidic, blood thinning or other performance enhancement drugs.
