Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are physically capable of practicing pranayama. 2.Male and female 3.Patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy. 4.Adults with age group of 18yrs-45yrs who consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe psychiatric conditions (e.g., major depression or panic disorders) or those on medications that could confound anxiety or hot flashes 2.Patients who cannot practice pranayama due to physical or cognitive limitations. 3.Patients with oral, throat, and esophageal cancer who have undergone recent surgery. 4.Critically ill and bedridden patients. 5.Patients with severe respiratory problems.
