Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Subjects diagnosed with Acute, subacute, and chronic Bell s palsy. 2)Subjects Experiencing Depression and Anxiety screened by using HADS. 3)Age: (Above 19-50 years of age) 4)Unilateral Bell s palsy. 5)HADS score of (8-10) Mild symptoms and (11-14) Moderate symptoms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a.Other Neurological disorders (Eg: CVA, Brain Tumors, Multiple sclerosis) b.Pre-existing psychiatric illness (Eg: schizophrenia, bipolar disorders) c.Previous Surgical interventions (Facial nerve Decompression, Parotid gland manipulation,) d.Pregnancy e.Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus. f.Active viral Infections (Eg: Herpes simplex virus).
