Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and ASA 2 patients Patients scheduled for elective Le Fort osteotomy with genioplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypersensitivity to local anesthetics Uncontrolled hypertension Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases Alcohol or opioid consumption Diabetes Chronic renal disease Bleeding disorders Anemia Emergency Le Fort for trauma BMI less than 18 and more than 35 kg per metre square
