Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: female with numerical pain rating scale grading greater or equal to 4, not taking medication or any other treatment for dysmenorrhea and able to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Currently pregnant or breastfeeding. Diagnosed with secondary dysmenorrhea resulting from identifiable medical conditions such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, or pelvic inflammatory disease. Presence of severe comorbidities, including but not limited to musculoskeletal or neurological disorders, which may interfere with treatment outcomes or assessment.
