Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both freshly detected and previously diagnosed cases of NAFLD. USG findings suggestive of NAFLD grade 1,2 and 3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women and lactating women. Uncontrolled Diabetes with HbA1c greater than 10% / RBS greater than 300 mg/dl Patients with Chronic and major illness/Syndrome like Cardiovascular disease, MI, Chronic Kidney Disease, RA, Gout. Patients Consuming any Hepatotoxic drugs, Narcotic drugs and with any drug abuse. Patients with complicated liver pathological disease like Cirrhosis, Ascites, Variceal Hemorrhage, Hepato-Renal Syndrome. Patients with history of any acute or chronic Infections like HIV, T.B. Patients with any malignancy. Patient with any acute or chronic systemic illness and with acute infectious or inflammatory conditions which can interfere with the trial results. Patient with any psychiatric symptoms/diseases or taking anti-psychotic drug or any psychiatric treatment.

It is expected that proposed herbal formulation will detoxify the body, restoring the normal function of vital organs especially in liver, kidney and digestion & improve quality of life of patients.Timepoint: 36 days
