Inclusion criteria: Sample includes patients who are 18 years and above Able to read and write Receiving chemotherapy in outpatient or inpatient departments Completed at least three chemotherapies at least one cycle of chemotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sample Excludes patient who are Terminally ill Cognitively impaired Physically unfit
