Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presented with Samanya lakshanas of Mutrashmari. Patients presented with size of calculi up to 8mm size detected through USG Patients between the age group of 18 - 60 years will be selected irrespective of gender, occupation, race, chronicity and socio-economical status. Patients who are diagnosed cases of Urolithiasis detected by Ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients presenting with size of calculi more than 8mm. Patients suffering with any systemic disorders which will interfere with course of treatment like Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension. Patients assosciated with complications of the disease like moderate to severe hydroureteronephrosis, calculous pyonephrosis, will be excluded from the study. Pregnant Women Patients suffering from congenital renal anomalies, renal carcinoma, Acute renal failure, Chronic Renal failure.
