Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Competitive Athletes in Judo willingness to participate in the study and adhere to the intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non Judo Athletes Recent severe injuries or surgeries Chronic conditions affecting cardiovascular, musculoskeletal or neurological health History of Psychiatric Conditions Use of medications or supplements affecting stress, Heart rate variability or recovery Yoga practice for 3 months before the date of recruitment.
